Subsidized affordable food is a government program aimed at providing affordable food for low-income communities, people with disabilities, public housing residents, and the elderly. Due to the limited quota of subsidized affordable food and the overwhelming public enthusiasm, many complaints have arisen regarding the perceived unequal distribution of this food assistance. Therefore, this study aims to describe the communication strategy of PERUMDA Pasar Jaya in managing online queues through the website.
This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze and provide a written depiction of the reality observed in the research object. Data collection for this study was conducted through in-depth interviews with relevant parties, direct observation, and documentation.
