<note>Bersama diterapkannya Economic Order Quantity didalam manajemen persediaan bahan baku daging bisa meminimalisasikan jumlah keseluruhan persediaan bahan baku daging.
Dilakukan di PT.Inovasi Kuliner Indonesia Jakarta. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan datanya memakai teknik dokumentasi melalui dokumen-dokumen pada laporan keuangan periode 2022 dan wawancara kepada karyawan bagian Finance and Accounting PT.Inovasi Kuliner Indonesia.
Hasil Penelitan menunjukan bahwasannya bersama diterapkannya metode Economic Order Quantity didalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku daging bisa meminimalkan biaya total sejumlah 16.414.985,056 dengan biaya pemesanan sebesar Rp.9.906.824,43 dan juga biaya penyimpanan sejumlah Rp. 9.938.225.</note>
