<note>The development of information and communication technology has made online 
media, especially social media, a medium to be utilized Corporate Secretariat 
PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk as a step in enhancing the company's positive 
image. This research was conducted to find out "How the communication 
strategy public relations applied Corporate Secretariat PT Wijaya Karya 
(Persero) Tbk. in improving the company's image through Instagram?” This 
study aims to determine the communication strategy public relations applied 
Corporate Secretariat PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. in improving the 
company's image through Instagram. The concept used in this study is the 
concept of the four stages of the work process public relations which includes
collection, planning, implementation and evaluation. The research method used 
is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The collection of 
data used in this study is by observation, interviews, documentation and 
literature study. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that 
Corporate Secretariat PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk in managing Instagram 
social media to improve the company's image uses four stages, namely searching 
for information for materials that will be used as content to be disseminated. 
Second, content planning and compiling content from the information obtained. 
Third, the implementation and communication stage, the process of uploading 
content to interacting with the public. And the last is evaluation, this stage 
assesses feedback obtained from the public.is evaluation, this stage assesses
