This study aims to analyze the interpersonal communication strategies used by front office personnel in Covid-19 swab services using a descriptive qualitative method. Additionally, the research assesses the obstacles faced by front office staff and evaluates the effectiveness of these strategies in achieving healthcare service goals and patient satisfaction. The interpersonal communication strategies employed encompass educational approaches, providing comfort, information dissemination, and persuasive techniques. The findings of this study provide crucial insights for enhancing clinic services and patient satisfaction. This can serve as a guideline for front office personnel to improve their communication skills in specialized service situations such as Covid-19 swab testing. Consequently, this research holds significant implications in the context of enhancing healthcare service quality during the Covid-19 pandemic.
