The purpose of this research is to find out what kind of marketing communication strategies are carried out by PT. Gonusa Prima Distribusi in increasing sales of Kopi Tubruk Gadjah and to find out how PT. Gonusa Prima Distribusi in increasing brand awareness of Kopi Tubruk Gadjah in public’s minds. The subject of this research is PT. Gonusa Prima Distribution, South Jakarta. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques (interviews, observation, documentation), techniques for determining key informants using (purposive sampling), data analysis techniques (reduction, presentation, conclusions) and data validity techniques using source triangulation. Interviews were conducted with several internal informants, namely, District Sales Manager, Promotion Manager, Area Sales Coordinator, Salesman Taking Order, Salesman Canvassing and two consumers. The marketing communication strategy carried out by PT. Gonusa Prima Distribusi through of promotional media. The promotional mix is: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence.
