The aim of this research is to determine the influence of capital structure, implementation of good corporate governance as proxied by institutional ownership, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners, and audit quality on company value. Researchers used a population, namely property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, which resulted in a total sample of 35 data from 7 companies. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that capital structure, managerial ownership and an independent board of commissioners have a significant positive effect on company value. This shows that the higher the level of capital structure, managerial ownership and the number of independent commissioners can increase the value of the company. Meanwhile, institutional ownership and audit quality have no effect on company value. This shows that a high level of institutional ownership does not guarantee that the company value will also be high. One of the reasons audit quality has no effect on company value is because investors don't care about the company's audit quality. Because before investing, investors look more at company management and share prices than audit quality.
