In this era of digitalization, people are still low in interest in reading, consisting of people born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, because of the rapid development of digital technology, people are familiar with instant access to information, entertainment, and interaction through mobile devices and social media. In 2022-2023 according to PISA, Indonesia is still ranked 62nd out of 70 countries in Asia, the lack of role in reading causes people to be easily controlled by technology and news issues that have a negative impact on society. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and is conducted at the DKI Jakarta Library in Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta. The data collection technique involves in-depth interviews followed by observations, and is supported by literature studies and evidence collection in the form of documentation. The researcher also used triangulation of source data to ensure the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the public relations strategy carries out the existence of digital media in attracting public interest so that communication can be created that can influence the public to come to the library and have an impact that can be obtained through services. This study concludes that public relations strategies can influence the community through the existence of digital media where the public can know the existence of the DKI Jakarta Library and services can be obtained at several points in Jakarta. The DKI Jakarta Library also has involvement in the community, public figures and agencies so that it has an impact on the public that can be influenced.
