MANAJEMEN KOMUNIKASI KONTEN TIKTOK DREAM.CO.ID DALAM MEDIA PENYEBARAN INFORMASI

The purpose of this research is to find out how the content management process of TikTok Dream.co.id is used as a medium for disseminating information and to find out the obstacles that exist in it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative techniques purposive sampling. Data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews with the TikTok Dream.co.id editorial team. The research results show that the Dream.co.id editorial team succeeded in implementing four stages in the communication management process, namely, (1) Fact finding This is done by analyzing the situation, target analysis and media analysis. (2). Planning: planning the goals to be achieved and making plans. (3). Taking action and communication: divide content types according to TikTok features, double check content, creating accidental content, creating a posting strategy on TikTok and carrying out posting intensity and content packaging. (4). Evaluation: determine assessment indicators through insight during weekly meetings. The management of the Dream.co.id editorial team in packaging content on the Dream.co.id TikTok account can increase the number followers. However, the research also identified several obstacles, such as the complexity of content topics, limited resources, and a lot of content that apparently did not suit TikTok netizens so that engagement was not very significant.
