This study shows the practice of Human Relations as one of the Scientific Study. Especially on health communication, in which commmunication is required in the treatment process, both humanistic and Interpersonal skills, in this case involved the doctors, nurses and patient who diagnosed as cancer patient. This study designed to shows if Human relations can increase the motivation of patient in RS Kanker Dharmais Hospital province of D.K.I Jakarta. The Research was held at RS Kanker Dharmais Hospital on Letjen S Parman Street Province Of D.K.I Jakarta. This study took place from January 2023 to June 2023. The method used is qualitative study. The model of this research is Etnographic Research, which using participative observation. The Researcher is one of the listed Patient On RS Kanker Dharmais Hospital. The research focused on Palliative Doctor and random Patients on the Hospital as informants. Datas were Collected through observations and interviews. The results of this study revealed how communicator implementing their health communications messages and revealed if Health communications contains Human relations. There are some types of Communication founded in Health Communications such as Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Effective, Terapeutical and Paliative. The Relationship between Doctor, Nurse and Patient is created depend on how the Communication is Going and how Good the patient can decoding the messages that Doctor or nurse Give. The family of patient is taking a big part of communicating with doctor and nurse, Part of Translating or explaining the doctors messages to patient or even nurse messages to patient.
