A quantitative approach was applied using multiple linear regression analysis, with board size representing GCG, the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index (CSRDI) representing CSR, and the working capital turnover ratio as an indicator of operational effectiveness. Company performance was measured using Return on Assets (ROA). The results indicate that GCG and CSR have a partial positive effect on company performance, whereas operational effectiveness has a partial negative effect. These findings suggest that effective governance and social responsibility practices can enhance company performance, while operational effectiveness has not yet provided a significant contribution to improving competitiveness.
