<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Trust terhadap Customer Loyalty pada pengguna marketplace Lazada Group di wilayah Simpangan, Depok, Kelurahan Jatijajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 70 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap platform Lazada. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pihak manajemen Lazada dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang berorientasi pada retensi pelanggan</note>
