<note>Hasil penelitian dapat diinterprestasi bahwa hasil sebesar 0.796, berarti korelasi antara pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen erat dan positif. sedangkan sesarnya pengaruh pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen Transjakarta sebesar 63.30%, sedangkan sisanya yang 36.70% lagi dipengaruhi faktor lain seperti promosi, harga, kualitas, ketersediaan bus dan lain-lain.</note>
