<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi bauran promosi UMKM Canthir dalam meningkatkan brand awareness melalui Instagram menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, pengelola akun, dan lima konsumen aktif media sosial, observasi non-partisipatif, serta dokumentasi konten promosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan elemen bauran promosi seperti periklanan, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, penjualan personal, dan pemasaran langsung berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan brand awareness dari tahap unaware hingga top of mind. Namun, terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi konten yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa strategi promosi terintegrasi, terjadwal, dan memanfaatkan visual, interaksi, serta kolaborasi di media sosial dapat meningkatkan daya saing merek di industri makanan ringan.</note>
