<note>Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh pelayanan teller berpengaruh fositif terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BCA Syariah cabang Depok sebesar 0,641 artunya mempunyi hubungan positif antara variabel pada level kuat dan searah. Hal ini menunjukan besarnya pengaruh pelayanan teller terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 41,1% sedangkan sisanya yang 58,9% lagi dipengaruhi faktor lain.</note>
