<note>Kecenderungan pilihan responden terhadap kepemimpinan dengan pilihan alternatif b (baik) sebesar 48%, lebih besar diantara pilihan lain. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dirasa sesuai dengan keinginan karyawan. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,719 bearti hubungan antara kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai kuat dan positif.</note>
