<note>Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan sebesar 0,496, artinya terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat dan arah positif antara pengembangan karir dengan semangat kerja karyawan. Selanjutnya diperoleh hasil sebesar 0.539, artinya terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat dan arah positif antara jaminan sosial dengan semangat kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil sebesar 0.880, berarti korelasi antara pengembangan karir dan jaminan sosial memiliki korelasi yang sangat kuat terhadap semangat kerja karyawan.</note>
