<note>Bedasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya korelasi insentif terhadap kinerja sebesar 0.432, artinya insentif mempunyai hubungan yang cukup erat dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kantor jasa penilai publik (KJPP) Maulana, Andesta dan Rekan, Jakarta. Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 18.7% sedangkan sisanya 81.3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.</note>
