<note>Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan kolerasi antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,522bkolerasi antara pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,682 dan kolerasi antara kepemimpinan dan pengebangan karier terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,712 dengan demikian diperoleh adanya kolerasi yang kuat dan positif.</note>
