<note>Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan sebesar 0.757, artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan arah positif antara DIKLAT dengan kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya diperoleh hasil sebesar 0.747, artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan arah positif antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja karyawan . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil sebesar 0.747, berarti korelasi antara DIKLAT dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan.</note>
