<note>Hasil uji t menunjukkan X2 --> Y bahwa t hitung < t tabel yang artinya  disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, karena besarnya korelasi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,181 artinya disiplin kerja mempunyai hubungan yang sangat tidak kuat dan tidak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan pada determinasi parsial besarnya pengaruh disiplin kerja sebesar 3,3% terhadap kinerja dan sisanya sebesar 96,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.</note>
