<note>Disimpulkan bahwa nilai t hitung variabel kopensasi sebesar, 700 < t table 2,03693 maka Ha ditolak yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Keeratan hubungan antara kompesansi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,318, artinya kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai mampunyai hubungan yang kurang erat terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bsarnya pengaruh kopensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,101 atau 10,1%. Sedangkan sisanya 89,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</note>
