<note>Hasil uji T menunjukan bahwa variabel Beban Kerja hitung lebih besar dari tabel maka H ditolak dan A diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Beban Kerja terhadap variabrl Kinerja secara parsial. Dan hubungan antara Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja sebesar 0,913, artinya mempunyai hubungan yang sangat erat dan positif sedangkan besarnya pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai sebesar 83,4%. Sedangkan sisanya 16,6% lagi dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.</note>
