<note>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terbukti pada hasil Uji t hitung = 2.722 > t tabel = 2.042 Tingkat keeratan hubungan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0.768, artinya motivasi mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan besar pengaruh (R Square) antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan 58.9%, sedabgkan sisanya sebesar 41.1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.</note>
