Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 73,3%, sedangkan sisanya 26,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain misalnya motivasi, budaya kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan lain sebagainya.</note>
