<note>Sedangkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nilai 0.952 artinya kompensasi dan motivasi mempunyai korelasi yang sangat erat dan positif terhadap kinerja, sedangkan pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 90,6% ssedangkan sisanya 9,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain.</note>
