<note>Besarnya koefisien kolerasi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0.808 artinya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT AHASS Cabang Depok, sedangkan pada uji determinasi persial besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pada kepuasan pelanggan PT AHASS Cabang Depok sebesar 70,3% sedangkan sisanya 29,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu kualitas produk dan lain sebagainya.</note>
